Gastrocaine is an antacid often taken as a prophylaxis against gastrointestinal complaints.

It is often prescribed with Diclofenac during gout attacks (Diclofenac will reduce the inflammation, Gastrocaine will prevent the NSAID from causing stomach upsets).
