Hikma Pharmaceuticals (LSE: HIK) is a multinational pharmaceutical company based in London, that manufactures branded/non-branded generic and in-licensed pharmaceutical products. The firm was founded in Amman, Jordan in 1978 by Samih Darwazah.
In August 1996, Hikma Pharmaceuticals became the first Arab company to export pharmaceutical products to the United States[1].
Hikma shows strong presence in the Middle East & North Africa region, the United States and Europe.
