Iobenguane, also known as metaiodobenzylguanidine or mIBG, is a radiopharmaceutical.[1] It is a radiolabeled molecule similar to norepinephrine.

The isotope of iodine used can be Iodine-123 or Iodine-131.

It can be used to identify the location of certain types of tumors.[2]
