Nanoscale

Nanoscale usually refers to structures with a length scale applicible to nanotechnology, usually cited as 1-100 nanometers.

A related term from physics and physical chemistry is nanoscopic scale, which is the length scale at which one can no longer discuss the properties of a material or phenomenon without having to discuss the behavior of individual atoms.
