My watch list

Rasayāna is a Sanskrit word meaning "the path of juice".[1] In Ayurveda, Rasayana is the body of knowledge related to the rejuvenation and restoration of tissues and fluids in the human body. Many Ayurvedic herbs and prepared medicines which support the process of rejuvenation are also referred to as Rasayanas.
