InSilico modeling

InSilico modelling is a form of computer-based modelling whose technologies are applied in:

  • drug target identification or drug discovery processes e.g. by provision models for cancer or pathogens
  • whole cell analysis of prokaryotic and eukaryotic hosts e.g. E. coli, B. subtilis, yeast, CHO- or human cell lines
