Promethium-147Promethium-147 is an isotope of promethium with a half-life of 2.62 years. It is the promethium isotope easiest producible, because it is a fission product from nuclear reactors (the longest living promethium isotope Pm-145 is more difficult to produce). Product highlightPromethium 147 is used as source for beta radiation and it can be also used for radioisotope thermoelectric generators (RTG) (energy density approximately 2 watts per gram).
