New Leader for DuPont France
“Supporting our teams and helping them identify new opportunities as our clients come out of the economic crisis – this is one of my priorities,” Martin said. “My position will allow me to reinforce the ties between DuPont and its different stakeholders with the aim of increasing the reputation and visibility of our company.”
DuPont France has 1,400 employees at seven sites that provide the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) region with products for crop protection, seeds, fluorotelomers, industrial and automotive coatings.
“Considering the diversity of our products,” Martin said, “my role will be to concentrate our resources around a common project, ensure that our strategy and directives are well understood, and enforce and enhance the core values that are our binding elements.”
After working for Renault, Martin became director of the commercial department of Herberts automotive coatings, which DuPont purchased in 1996. Martin takes the place of Ghislain Desjardins, who is now based in Singapore and responsible for the Asia-Pacific region for DuPont Sustainable Solutions.
