BITKOM Bundesverband Informationswirtschaft, Telekommunikation und neue Medien e.V.

BITKOM is the face of the ICT industry in Germany. As the federal association we represent businesses in the IT and telecommunications industry and in new media. We represent the interest of over 2,200 businesses, 1,400 of whom are direct members. They include nearly all global players as well as 1,000 powerful small and medium-sized enterprises and numerous founder-managed creative companies. We offer our members a large network and promote ongoing exchange between experts and managers. Our members have sales of 140 billion Euros annually in Germany and export high tech worth 50 billion Euros. This means that BITKOM represents around 90 percent of the German ICT market.
