As the DLR Project Management Agency, we have been offering comprehensive, knowledge-based services for the management of research, education and innovation for 50 years.

We advise on strategies and programs, manage accompanying dialogue processes, plan and take over the operational implementation of funding programs, support knowledge transfer and evaluate the impact of our clients' programs and initiatives.

The spectrum of topics ranges from education, equal opportunities, health, society, innovation, technology, environment and sustainability to European and international cooperation and, depending on requirements, is always offered on an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary basis. Our portfolio is rounded off by the competence centers for science communication, public relations and analysis and evaluation.

Our clients include federal ministries, the European Commission, federal states, science organizations and associations.

The approximately 1,600 highly qualified employees support around 14,500 projects each year with a funding volume of more than 2 billion euros.

Our head office is in Bonn. We also have a branch in Berlin and offices in Düsseldorf, Dresden and Brussels.

The DLR Project Management Agency is a central pillar of the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt; DLR) and complements its scientific focus. For more than four decades, we have been committed to providing services for Germany as a strong location for research, education and innovation.
