Chr. Hansen is one of the world's leading producers of ingredients for food and other consumer products.

Chr. Hansen's broad technology platform and product portfolio includes cultures, enzymes, stabilisers, flavours, colours and functional blends. The majority of these ingredients are produced from natural raw materials. Their products are mainly used in the food industry, for instance, to make cheese and yoghurt or improve the texture in bread and ice cream but are also applied to feed, dietary supplements, etc.
