Relative viscosity

Relative viscosity ( $η r$ ) (a synonym of "viscosity ratio") is the ratio of the viscosity of a solution ( $η$ ) to the viscosity of the solvent used ( $η s$ ),

$\eta_r = \frac{\eta}{\eta_s}$ .
