The coulometric method is suitable for many types of samples with low water contents. Ideal in the chemical, petrochemical, plastics, pharmaceutical and some food industries. For direct determination, the samples must be liquid. The indirect method using external extraction or a an evaporation oven can also be used to analyze solid samples.
The TitroLine 7500 KF trace M6 with the semi-automatic headspace oven TO 7280 is the perfect combination for water determination in difficult samples. With the TW 7650 sample changer, the semi-automatic titration system becomes a fully automatic titration system including GxP-compliant PC software.
