ROTILABO® II

The ROTILABO® II dispensers are used to dispense liquids directly from a storage bottle and are available in various volume ranges. They work according to the positive displacement principle, which enables precise dosing.

In relation to the nominal volume, the accuracy is ±0.5 % and the coefficient of variation ±0.1 %. The piston of the ROTILABO® II dispenser is equipped with a wiping PFA sealing lip, which prevents crystallization of the liquids to be dispensed. The volume can be adjusted quickly and precisely thanks to the screw mechanism and the internal toothed strip. The valve block is equipped with a GL 45 thread and can be rotated 360° on the bottle. The hinged flap on the discharge tube does not interfere with dispensing. The discharge valve has a safety ball that closes the dosing channel when the discharge tube is not fitted, thus preventing the liquid from leaking. To protect against humidity, a drying tube can be quickly and easily fitted via the ventilation plug.

The telescopic aspiration tube of the ROTILABO® II dispenser is infinitely adjustable to different bottle heights. The dispensers can be adjusted as part of test equipment monitoring in accordance with ISO 9001 and GLP; a change to the factory adjustment is displayed. The ROTILABO® II dispensers can be autoclaved at 121 °C (2 bar) without disassembly in accordance with DIN EN 285. The materials in contact with the media are borosilicate glass, _Al2O3 ceramic, ETFE, FEP, PFA, PTFE, platinum-iridium and polypropylene (PP).

The delivery includes a quality certificate, telescopic suction tube, installation wrench and various thread adapters.
