ICprep Series

Optimize your AOF, EOF, and TF sample preparation with the ICprep series. The devices combine modern technology with high flexibility and efficiency – for precise results, smooth processes, and noticeable time savings in everyday lab work.

The multi-matrix sampler (MMS) enables easy dosing of liquid and solid samples. Switching between matrices takes less than five minutes and can be done easily, even by untrained users. Up to 100 samples can be processed automatically in succession. For solids analysis, the automatic boat drive (ABD) ensures matrix-optimized combustion in horizontal operation and saves valuable time. This keeps your workflow flexible and efficient – regardless of the sample type or quantity.

The series is available in two configurations to meet different requirements:

• ICprep automatic: The solution for high-throughput labs that require maximum efficiency and automation.
• ICprep basic: The compact and flexible version for smaller sample series or labs with limited space and changing requirements.

Thanks to easy integration into existing Analytik Jena systems such as multi EA 5000, multi EA 5100, or multi X 2500, you can expand your range of applications without additional space requirements or investments in new equipment. ICprep can also be flexibly used with different detection techniques, like ion chromatography (IC), ISE (ion-selective electrode), and photometry.

Operation is supported by the intuitive multiWin software, which guides users through all relevant functions. The integrated Self Check System continuously monitors key parameters, detects incorrect settings at an early stage, and ensures smooth operation. Data and results can be easily managed, stored, and exported – either manually or automatically.
