The mobile container trolley extinguishing system is the perfect solution for fire departments and other emergency services that depend on mobility, flexibility, and rapid response times. This system combines a robust container trolley chassis with a powerful extinguishing system available with ABC dry powder, BC dry powder (foam-compatible), or class D dry powder as extinguishing agents. The container on wheels is also available with a carbon dioxide extinguishing system.

With an extinguishing agent supply of 250 kg of dry chemical powder (DCP), the system offers many times the capacity of conventional mobile devices, such as a standard 50 kg fire extinguisher. The 120 kg CO_2 version also significantly outperforms classic CO₂ fire extinguishers and provides a noticeable increase in safety.

Thanks to integrated wheels, the unit can be easily transported to the site of operation and put into service immediately. This enables fast and effective firefighting at various locations. The trolley-based extinguishing system is ideal for use in production and storage areas and offers an efficient solution for individual fire protection concepts.

Typical areas of application include the chemical and petrochemical industries, metal foundries, electroplating plants, utility and waste disposal companies, energy suppliers, and municipal fire departments as well als factory fire brigades. The CO₂ version is particularly suitable for sensitive environments and facilities, or in areas with special hygiene requirements such as the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, or medical technology companies.

Operation of the extinguishing systems is simple and intuitive, a brief instruction with pictograms offers additional support. In the powder version, the DCP is stored unpressurized, similar to a cartridge operated fire extinguisher. As a special feature, Minimax DCP extinguishing systems have a pressure reducer that ensures constant container pressure and thus a consistent powder output throughout the entire operating time. All extinguishing systems are designed for an operational temperature range of -20 °C to +60 °C.

The container trolley features four swivel casters, all with directional locks and drum brakes – ideal for maximum mobility and convenience. A special safety feature is the dead man's brake, which prevents the trolley from rolling away unintended.

Thanks to the standardized rolling container chassis, the system can be easily moved by hand – whether in the workshop or on the company premises. The EUR-pallet dimensions of 1200 mm x 800 mm enable space-saving storage and easy transport: three container trolleys can be fitted side by side on a transport vehicle with a loading area width of 2.40 m or in roll-off container slots. In addition to loading via a tail lift, forklift pockets enable safe loading by forklift.

Minimax' rolling container extinguishing systems are certified according to ISO 9001 by VDS. Each device is individually tested and approved by TÜV (Technical Inspection Association). The extinguishing system complies with the technical recommendations of the Working Group of Professional Fire Department Leaders in Germany (AGBF Bund).
