03-16-2010: Celanese Corporation announced that it will increase the price of all vinyl acetate homopolymer and vinyl acetate ethylene emulsions sold in North America, effective April 1, 2010, or as contracts allow. All vinyl acetate homopolymer and vinyl acetate ethylene emulsions will increase by $0.03 per wet lb. This increase affects all applications including, but not limited to, adhesives, paints and coatings, paper, nonwovens and textiles.
