11-08-2006: Eurofins announced the appointment of Dr. Benoit Adelus, 48, as Group Executive Vice President and board member of Eurofins Scientific Service SA as of December 1, 2006 .
Up to now Dr. Benoit Adelus was Executive Vice-President of bioMerieux. In this function, Benoit Adelus has been responsible for the development of bioMerieux during the last 6 years and for its successful IPO in 2004.
Before that, he had leading positions in the pharmaceutical and biological industry, particularly in the USA and Latin America. Benoit Adelus holds a PhD in veterinary medicine and a diploma of the HEC - ISA business school.
