The House of Technology (HDT) sees itself as a practical platform for knowledge transfer, exchange of experience and continuing education at the highest level. With 90 years of experience as an independent training institute for specialists and executives, it presents itself as one of Germany's leading platforms for innovation-related knowledge and know-how transfer in the form of specialist seminars, symposia, certified educational degrees and in-house workshops. The basic idea of its founding fathers is still present in its modern variant: to support companies in competition by providing services around the knowledge-based workplace. The HDT connects science and research with the economy. As a cooperation partner of RWTH Aachen University and the universities of Bonn, Braunschweig, Duisburg-Essen and Münster, the HDT maintains close contact with companies and research institutions and thus presents itself as a forum for the exchange of knowledge and experience.
