A new era of chemistry begins here: Chemify was founded in 2022 by Professor Lee Cronin, building on two decades of research at the University of Glasgow. Headquartered in Scotland, Chemify is creating a new digital foundation for chemistry.

At the heart of our technology is Chemputation, a universal chemical programming language combined with advanced robotics and AI. This system translates digital code into real molecules, transforming how medicines and materials are discovered and made.

In 2025, Chemify opened its first Chemifarm in Maryhill, Glasgow – the world’s most advanced automated synthesis facility – and established a US hub in Silicon Valley under the leadership of Mike Bell, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Chemify. With global expansion underway, Chemify is enabling partners everywhere to design and make molecules faster, more reliably, and at scale.
