The THINKY ARE-312 is a high-performance planetary centrifugal mixer that enables you to mix and degas a wide range of materials quickly, cleanly, and reproducibly – without the need for mechanical blades. Its powerful contact-free mixing method combines simultaneous rotation and revolution, achieving homogeneous results in just minutes. Even highly viscous materials such as alumina or adhesives can be processed reliably, without heat buildup and with maximum process safety.

Compared to its predecessors, the ARE-250CE and ARE-310, the ARE-312 offers significantly higher rotation speeds, improved energy efficiency, and a modern PC interface. This makes it an ideal solution for laboratories, R&D departments, and production environments where speed, consistency, and traceability matter most.

The device features two operation modes – mixing and degassing. With its specialized degassing technology, even air bubbles in low- to mid-viscosity materials can be effectively removed without vacuum. Up to 20 programs with 10 customizable steps each allow for highly precise and repeatable workflows. Through the integrated RS-232C interface, the ARE-312 can be connected to a PC for full recipe control and data logging – perfect for quality assurance and compliance.

A built-in imbalance sensor enhances operational safety by instantly stopping the unit in case of abnormal load conditions. An optional temperature sensor enables real-time monitoring during mixing, supporting sensitive formulations and recipe development. The unit’s energy-efficient motor keeps thermal impact minimal – especially beneficial for temperature-sensitive materials and consecutive runs.

Designed for material volumes from just a few grams up to 310 g or 300 ml, the ARE-312 is incredibly versatile: Epoxy resins, silicones, LED and electrode pastes, cosmetics, ceramic slurries, paints, biochemical reagents, and even 3D printing materials can all be processed with consistent quality.
