The complete package includes the DF2 printer, the automatic resin refill station, the finish box, the DF Wash washing unit with accessories and the DF Cure curing unit.
The Raise3D DF2 is a powerful Digital Light Printing (DLP) resin 3D printer designed specifically for the production of prototypes, production tools and small series. With a resolution of 2560x1440, contour compensation and anti-aliasing, the DF2 produces highly detailed prints with smooth surfaces. RFID technology integrated into the build plate stores and reads relevant parameters for the printing, washing and curing process, reducing errors and saving time.
The DF Wash and the DF Cure curing unit simplify post-processing considerably. The build plate with the prints is inserted directly into the DF Wash and cleaning is started.
The DF Cure dries and cures the cleaned parts. The settings are also transferred to the DF Cure through the contact of the build plate.
