EBI 20-T1

The EBI 20-T1 data logger from ebro's EBI 20 series makes it very easy to record and store measured temperature values. It complies with DIN EN 12830 and HACCP and is therefore ideal for transport, storage and process monitoring, especially in pharmaceutical and food production. Other typical applications include temperature mapping, monitoring incubators or refrigerators/freezers or monitoring temperature-sensitive products/cultures.

The temperature is measured using an integrated NTC sensor. The measuring range extends from -30 °C to +70 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C. The measuring accuracy is ±0.5 °C in the range from -20 °C to +40 °C, and ±0.8 °C above and below this temperature range. The measuring cycle can be freely selected between 1 min and 24 h and up to 40,000 measured values can be stored.

The EBI 20-T1 data logger has a large LCD display on which all important data such as the current measured value and min/max values can be called up. Thanks to the alarm management, upper and lower limit values can be defined so that an alarm LED lights up red in the event of a limit value violation.

The Windows-compatible software, which can be downloaded free of charge, makes it easy to program the logger and read out the data. The recorded measured values are clearly displayed in graphical and tabular form. The data can also be exported in Microsoft® Excel or PDF format. FDA 21 CFR Part 11 functionality is also available as an option. An interface and a USB cable are required for the data download, which are available separately or included in the data logger set.

The robust and waterproof EBI 20-T1 data logger is very handy at L 69 x W 48 x H 22 mm and weighs a light 45 g. It is powered by a CR 2450 button cell, which is included in the scope of delivery - as well as a factory calibration certificate, which documents the measured value deviation at -20°C and 0°C.
