The DYNEO DD-800F refrigerated circulating impresses with its high heating and cooling capacities, which guarantee short heating and cooling times. It covers an operating temperature range from -40 to 200 °C and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications in the laboratory and in production. The unit operates precisely and reliably at ambient temperatures up to +40 °C. Despite its very compact design, the thermostat achieves a cooling capacity of 0.84 kW at 20 °C.
High precision and intuitive operation
A temperature stability of ±0.01 °C ensures reproducible results for demanding temperature control tasks. The PID temperature control with adjustable control parameters achieves a stability of ±0.01 to ±0.02 °C. The multilingual 3.5-inch color TFT display and the central rotary knob allow for simple and intuitive control of all parameters. An integrated programmer and a connection for an external Pt100 are available for flexible applications. Communication with external systems is via USB and, optionally, via an RS232 or analog interface.
Powerful Circulation and Energy Efficiency
The continuously adjustable pressure pump provides a flow rate of 8 to 27 l/min at a delivery pressure of 0.1 to 0.7 bar and allows for easy switching between internal and external circulation. The chiller focuses on environmental compatibility and energy efficiency: It operates with a natural, environmentally friendly refrigerant and is designed for the most efficient operation possible. The reduced energy consumption lowers operating costs in many applications, can shorten the payback period, and at the same time contributes to climate protection.
Compact design with well-thought-out features
The generously sized bath tank, with a usable bath opening of 18 × 13 cm and a bath depth of 15 cm, offers ample space for a variety of applications. The bath holds 5 to 7.5 liters, while the unit remains compact with overall dimensions of 33 × 47 × 70 cm. An integrated drain makes emptying liquid safe, and the matching bath cover is included with the unit. Ergonomic handles on the front and back make it easy to move the unit, while the removable ventilation grid allows for quick access for cleaning and maintenance.
