The talk gives an overview of what Digital Pathology is and what challenges it entails. It touches upon details related to slide scanning and then focuses on analyzing images, presenting in detail Fraunhofer’s slide cartography App for colorectal cancer. Further apps presented briefly include Tumor Budding, FISH Her2/neu scoring and fluorescence co-localization.
