Bildungswerk Nordostchemie e.V. (bbz Chemie)

The Berufsbildungszentrum Chemie (bbz Chemie) is the training and further education center of the Bildungswerk Nordostchemie e. V., which serves the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and the biotechnology sector in Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. For 25 years, the Bildungswerk has been offering high-quality and practical training and further education in the natural sciences. This is carried out by experienced and qualified trainers and lecturers at the bbz Chemie in Berlin Adlershof, which was newly built in 1995. The Bildungswerk Nordostchemie e.V. is a non-profit association of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry for the eastern German federal states, which has been dedicated to vocational training, further training and retraining for almost 25 years (including 12 years with its vocational training center for chemistry). It helps companies to secure the skilled workers they need to meet their future challenges in the long term through training and ensures that employees can maintain and improve their employability. In accordance with its statutes, the Bildungswerk promotes the civic, economic and vocational education of young and adult citizens. Its tasks include, in particular, the implementation of inter-company training measures as well as further education and training events. Our Bildungswerk is supported by its member companies and the Arbeitgeberverband Nordostchemie e.V. The cooperation between the companies and the Bildungswerk takes place in various ways, depending on the possibilities and interests of the companies. Companies can take part in individual training courses for the chemical professions (partial cooperation) or the complete training program (full cooperation).
