Tasks and goals * We conclude regional collective wage agreements for our member companies - which can be flexibly adapted to the individual situation of individual companies. * In the case of collective agreements at national level, we ensure that the ideas of Baden-Württemberg companies are taken into account. * We advise our member companies on issues of co-determination, works constitution and labor law - and represent them in court at all levels. * We provide our members with the latest developments in collective bargaining and social law as well as personnel policy through seminars and information events as well as a wide range of work aids. * We communicate the socio-political concerns of our companies to politicians, the media and the business community - one example is securing the next generation of employees through comprehensive training.
