Our products are made of silicon, can be functionalized and achieve spectrums comparable to results with diamonds.

By optimizing our crystals, we aim to make infrared spectroscopy ready for high-throughput applications. This opens up new and interesting areas of application that were previously technically impossible or financially unprofitable.
ATR infrared spectroscopy is an established analytical method. A core element here is the cost-intensive sample carrier, which is usually made of diamond. We will change this with our microstructured silicon crystals, which are a cost-effective alternative to the common diamonds. These sample carriers are not only cheaper, they can also be optimized according to the needs and applications of our customers. In combination with our 3-D printed Accessory we enable researchers to use ATR infrared spectroscopy at a much lower price and in new fields of application. For higher sample quantities we also offer an automated plate reader.
