GfL - Gesellschaft für Lärmbekämpfung mbH

GfL is located in the port of Lüneburg. It can be found on the premises of LäBuS - Lärmschutz, Blech- und Stahlbau - GmbH at Otto-Brenner-Strasse 3a. LäBuS GmbH acquired the site at the beginning of the 1980s. Over time, the property was expanded and several hall complexes were built on it. There are currently 3 large hall complexes on the company premises.

Hall complex A is the oldest: for 20 years it housed GfL mbH and the manufacturing company LäBuS GmbH. With the move to the new hall complex C - at the turn of the year into the Millennium - the entire complex was renovated. The newly founded Abrasta GmbH was relocated here.

Hall complex B was originally designed as a warehouse and paint shop for LäBuS. In addition, a window production facility for aluminum was set up. Due to the only partial utilization of the painting facilities, LäBuS took on a tenant - W.Hochfeld - in the hall complex, which offers regional surface coating as a service. In the meantime, the tenant has also set up a powder plant in the hall complex, which is also used by LäBuS.

Hall complex C is the modern home of GfL and LäBuS. In the new building, it was possible to implement all the ideas relating to modern production in a generous space in the industrial sector, while a spacious office complex with state-of-the-art infrastructure was created in the commercial sector.
