Eastman Chemical Selects Nextance for Enterprise Contract Management

Sept. 30, 2002 - Nextance, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise software for enterprise contract management, today announced that Eastman Chemical Company has chosen Nextance(TM) for the management of their contracts and related commitments. Eastman Chemical Company, headquartered in Kingsport, Tennessee, is a multinational corporation with over 15,800 employees working in more than 30 countries. Eastman manufactures and markets over 1,200 chemical, fiber and plastics products and had revenues of $5.4 billion in 2001. "We run a complex global business.
