Frederic Jacquin is appointed CEO of Bluestar Silicones
Frédéric Jacquin, 48, a Master’s graduate of CELSA and also holding an MBA from ESSEC has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bluestar Silicones.
After spending much of his career in the Rhodia Group with different responsibilities in the areas of marketing and communication he joined Rhodia Silicones in 2005 where he led the Specialties business unit. He was involved in the 2007 acquisition of Rhodia's Silicones business by the Chinese Bluestar Group (subsidiary of ChemChina).
Just prior to his appointment as CEO he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Bluestar mainly targeting global growth of the specialties business and in charge of the global commercial and marketing excellence programs.
