BUCHI NOVOCLAVE

The new Büchi novoclave laboratory stirred autoclave offers extreme performance with operating conditions of up to 500 bar and 500°C. The vessels are available in high-quality materials such as stainless steel, Hastelloy, tantalum, titanium and other special alloys. With volumes ranging from 100 to 600 ml, a variety of vessels can be used. Precise temperature control is provided by an electric heater with PID controller and integrated solenoid valve-controlled water cooling. The latest "cyclone 075" solenoid drive is installed as standard and enables efficient stirring.

The novoclave also offers a wide range of accessories to customize the lid assembly according to your individual needs. Additional sensors can be integrated and the data can be displayed and further processed with the Büchi display units. The novoclave has a modular design and can be adapted for specific applications such as the addition of liquids, solids or gases. The safe connection of high-pressure fittings and sensors is provided by special high-pressure fittings.

The optional Büchi software bls 3 allows full remote control of the system. In addition, pressure and other analog signals can be acquired and recorded with the Büchi bds XA2 analog-to-digital converter.

For high-viscosity applications, the powerful Cyclone 300 magnetic stirrer drive is available.
