Piston pumps and wobble piston pumps form the backbone of modern liquid chromatography (LC) and pharmaceutical production processes. These high-precision dosing pumps excel through maintenance-free continuous operation and exceptional chemical resistance thanks to corrosion-resistant corundum pistons in equivalent cylinders.

The valveless FMI wobble piston pumps operate with ground-in, abrasion-resistant corundum pistons and achieve flow rates from 10 to 150 ml/min at maximum 9.6 bar operating pressure. All media-contacting components consist of inert fluoroplastics such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), enabling safe pumping of aggressive media, slurries, suspensions and emulsions with viscosities up to 500 cP.

For applications with minimal flow rates, micro double-piston pumps offer exceptional precision: flow rates of 200-750 ml/h at pressures up to 50 bar are achieved with 0.1% reproducibility and 0.15% flow accuracy. The microprocessor-controlled stepper motor ensures extremely linear, pressure-independent media flows and enables remote control via 24V or RS232 interfaces.

All piston pumps meet FDA and BfR conformity as well as the European Pharmacopoeia, making them recognized pharmaceutical pumps in medical, semiconductor and biotechnology applications. The RoHS-compliant design guarantees environmentally responsible production.
