Material Resistance and Temperature Behavior
PA insulating sleeves show excellent resistance to aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, fuels, mineral oils, and lubricants. Temperature resistance extends from -40 °C to +85 °C in continuous operation with a Shore hardness of D 82. PA 6 variants offer superior impact resistance and toughness compared to PA 6.6 versions.
Technical Properties and Applications
The insulating sleeves comply with fire class UL 94 HB and are characterized by high wear resistance, remarkable fatigue resistance, and excellent recovery properties. In the food industry and medical technology, they find wide application due to their insulating properties.
