Wirtschaftsverband Fuels und Energie e. V. (en2x)

At en2x - Wirtschaftsverband Fuels und Energie e. V., we are working together with our members to achieve the Paris climate targets. Our member companies from the current mineral oil industry and suppliers of renewable fuels and combustibles secure a large part of Germany's current energy supply for mobility and heating and supply considerable quantities of basic chemical products. A comprehensive transformation process is now necessary for a greenhouse gas-neutral future. With a variety of renewable energies, alternative fuels and raw materials, technologies and innovations, our industry can make key contributions to this change. We want to accompany, drive forward and help shape this process in an open dialog with others involved in the energy transition. en2x replaces the Mineral Oil Industry Association (MWV), which has existed since 1946. The Institute for Heat and Mobility (IWO), which was founded in 1984, has also been merged into the new organization.
