For more than 30 years, ScanTube has been manufacturing hoses and profiles made of fluoroplastics.

In 2015, ScanTube became a member of the Optinova Group, a leading manufacturer of hoses for medical technology.

Our factories in Finland, Thailand and the USA are known for the outstanding and consistent quality of our products. We are specialized in the production of smallest dimensions according to customer requirements.

Our products are available in fluoropolymers such as PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, E-CTFE and PVDF. We also produce flat sealing tape, monofilement and expanded PTFE tubing (ePTFE).

Our products are FDA-compliant, meet the RoHS directive and REACH regulation. On request, UL224 approved products and USP-Class VI-approved materials are also available. ScanTube is ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485 certified. We produce hoses for medical applications in the clean room according to ISO14644-1 Class 7 and 8.

In addition, ScanTube Finland has been approved by NSF / ANSI Standard 51 for the production of PTFE, PFA and FEP tubing for food contact applications. Our antistatic PTFE tubing meets the requirements of Ω-CL tubing types for use in hazardous areas.

We produce high-purity PFA tubing, made of 100% SEMI F57 certified material, for the transport of high-purity fluids, in the semiconductor industry, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Due to our own production, we are able to meet the special requirements of our customers and to make them customized.
