ICB Innovative Chemie für Industrie und Umwelt in Berlin GmbH & Co. KG has been founded in 1990. As a middle enterprise it is our aim to develop and manufacture chemicals and preparations for specific industrial applications. Thereby we have specialized in the following fields:
1. Cleaning and if required corrosion resistance treatment of technical surfaces (metal, glass, ceramic, plastic)
2. Cleaner and process chemicals for various treatment stages of silicon wafers and other semiconductor materials
3. Electroplating additives for the manufacturing of printed circuit boards
4. Chemicals and processes for conventional electroplating
We will find individual solutions and are flexible with the adaptation of our products to meet the requirements of our customers.
