LANXESS increases prices for toner oxides
specialty chemicals company LANXESS’s Inorganic Pigments (IPG) business unit is to increase its prices worldwide for toner oxides effective October 15, 2009. The price increase will comprise up to EUR 175 or USD 250 per metric ton depending on the product and region. The main reason for this price rise is the significant increase in raw material costs since the beginning of the year, according to the company.
