BASF offers a wide range of information about its colorants and pigment preparations on the Internet at http://www.basf.de/pigments. This website gives customers more rapid access to product information than ever before, as well as to contacts for assistance with problems, technical support and service. The colorful presentation of the web pages is appropriate to the product range. Besides giving text descriptions, they illustrate the hue of each pigment. The English version of the website has just gone online; the German version will follow at the end of February.
