Great Lakes Increases Prices for Selected Specialty Antioxidants
Great Lakes Chemical Corporation announced a worldwide price increase for a selected range of specialty antioxidants, effective for shipments after April 7, 2003, or where contracts allow.
The company stated that pricing for specialty antioxidants has declined to a level that is no longer sustainable for the company and that the price increases are necessary if the company is to meet increasing demand. Prices will increase as follows:
- 4% increase for ANOX(TM) 330
- 5% increase for LOWINOX® 44B25, LOWINOX® AH25, LOWINOX® CPL and LOWINOX® 22M46
- 12% increase for ANOX(TM) HPG and Meramid FC
