chemical industry,announced today the signing of an agreement with Cap Gemini Ernst &
Young to be the company ’s technology management and consulting partner.The agreement
aligns the Elemica solution,designed by 22 of the chemical industry's leading players,with a
leader in worldwide business process and connectivity consulting.

Elemica is on an aggressive timeline for full functionality.Today ’s agreement with Cap
Gemini Ernst &Young,one of the largest management and IT consulting firms in the world,
marks a significant step toward the launch of Elemica ’s transactional site.
