"Synergies in technical service and product range will greatly benefit our customers, as we continue building critical mass globally." "The joint venture will have an impressive product range, spanning styrene-butadiene and acrylic-based binders, plastic pigments, rheology modifiers, cross-linkers, lubricants, and dispersants," said Gus Cottros, Commercial Manager in the Paper business at Rohm and Haas. "Together with an excellent technical service organization, we are well equipped to help our customers develop outstanding products that add value."
