Aureus Pharma appoints Jason Theodosiou as new CEO

Past CEO André Michel appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Aureus Pharma announced changes in Aureus´s Executive and Supervisory Boards. Jason Theodosiou has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Theodosiou will replace André Michel, founder of Aureus who has been appointed to Chairman of the Supervisory Board. These changes will become effective immediately.

Mr. Theodosiou was previously Chief Operating Officer of Aureus. Prior to Aureus, he held various executive management positions at various companies including Elsevier MDL, Lion Bioscience, and EMAX/SciQuest.

André Michel, founder and CEO of the company since 2000, was previously Professor of Chemistry at Sherbrooke University (Canada) and Director of the Discovery Centers at Servier.
