Our most powerful heating system for small reactors up to 300ml offers an intelligent stirring system in addition to the auto-tuning function. This detects faults such as a break in the stirring bar movement and thus ensures stirring even without the possibility of visual control. In addition, our high-performance heating system offers the option of air-cooling the reactors, which improves cooling times and temperature accuracy during rapid heating.
Like the universal Berghof Controller (BRC), the built-in touch controller offers quick access to all important functions and parameters. The auto-tuning function allows you to easily and quickly determine PID control values specifically for your system. This reduces fluctuations in the target temperature by over 80 %, resulting in better reproducibility and fewer unwanted by-products. The BRC can be individually adapted to your needs with modular extensions.
