BRC - Berghof Reactor Controller with touch display

With the BRC Controller, Berghof offers a complete package for data acquisition and storage, as well as control and display for all reactor types. The BRC has three temperature and two pressure connections, allowing the temperature and stirring speeds in the reactor to be controlled and the pressure to be displayed. The auto-tuning function allows you to set PID control values specifically for your system. This reduces fluctuations in the target temperature by over 80 %, resulting in better reproducibility and fewer by-products.

In addition, the BRC offers the option of manually controlling valves or integrating them fully automatically into the entire reaction process. The user-friendly user interface of the display enables optimum control of the temperature programs and display of the required data by means of four operating modes. With the help of two USB interfaces, the data can be saved via a USB stick or directly to the computer.

The BRC can be individually adapted to your needs with modular extensions.
