Guaranteed contamination-free grinding of very small quantities in controlled atmospheres
The P-23 Glovebox ready is the perfect solution for precise and efficient grinding in a controlled atmosphere. It is the ideal device for chemical syntheses or reactions that need to take place in an oxygen- and moisture-free atmosphere. It is also suitable for handling a wide range of toxic or hazardous substances. This includes work in an isolator when handling biohazardous, radioactive or pharmacologically active substances.
A surface area of just 20 x 30 cm and a weight of 7 kg make the instrument particularly space-saving and lightweight, which simplifies the entry and exit of gloveboxes.
In addition, the spherical grinding bowls can be assembled easily and quickly. The bowls and grinding balls are available in different materials. Thus, depending on the requirements of the material to be ground, contamination of the sample by unwanted abrasion can be avoided. Zirconium oxide grinding bowls and grinding balls are available for completely metal-free grinding.

Topic world Digestion
Sample digestion is a critical step in chemical analysis that often determines the success or failure of an investigation. It involves the targeted transformation and preparation of a sample to make the components of interest accessible for analysis. Various methods such as thermal, chemical or enzymatic digestion are used to dissolve matrix components, remove unwanted components and release target substances.
