Glass Fabric Tapes for Versatile Applications

Glass fabric tapes achieve operating temperatures from -10°C to +450°C and temporarily up to +550°C. The asbestos-free tapes made from glass fiber show excellent resistance to oils, greases, alkalis, organic acids, and vapors. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-coated variants expand the application spectrum through additional chemical resistance and reduced thermal expansion at temperatures up to +260°C.

PTFE glass fabric adhesive tapes with high-temperature resistant silicone adhesive are suitable for continuous operation at +200°C and short-term loads up to +250°C. This combination enables high-performance insulation and professional cable sheathing in critical applications.

Ceramic Tapes for Extreme Temperatures

Ceramic fabric tapes achieve operating temperatures up to +1,100°C, significantly exceeding conventional materials. The ceramic composition with chromium steel reinforcement ensures mechanical stability even under extreme heat exposure. These tapes show excellent resistance to liquid metals, inorganic and organic media, as well as steam.
