Check valves ensure reliable, leak-free shut-off of liquid and gaseous media in chemical and laboratory technology. These angle seat valves function bidirectionally and are suitable for both horizontal and vertical installation positions. Through spring-loaded closure in one direction and free flow in the opposite direction, they provide optimal process safety.

Material diversity for different requirements

Plastic check valves made from polypropylene (PP) convince through KTW conformity and food safety. With maximum operating temperatures of +80°C, they are suitable for neutral media and offer excellent chemical resistance to lubricants, aliphatic hydrocarbons and mineral acids.

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as a high-performance plastic enables operating temperatures up to +120°C. The exceptional chemical resistance to organic acids, hydrogen peroxide and UV radiation makes PVDF valves the first choice for demanding applications in pharmaceutical and biotechnology.

Rigid PVC (PVC-U) is characterized by dimensional stability and mechanical strength. The resistance to oxidizing acids and alkaline solutions predestines these valves for versatile applications in process engineering.

Precise connection technology and nominal diameters

The available nominal diameters from 15 to 50 mm ensure compatibility with common pipe systems. Various connection combinations - from welding sockets according to DIN 3442 via threaded connections to solvent cement sockets according to DIN 8063 - enable flexible integration into existing systems.

Special solutions for laboratory applications

Laboratory check valves with hose barbs for inner diameters from 3.2 to 8 mm offer maximum flexibility. For liquids, the maximum operating pressure is 1 bar, for gases 3 bar (each at +20°C). Opening pressures between 0.023 and 1.2 bar enable precise flow control.
