High-Performance Films for Extreme Temperature Ranges

Polyimide (PI) films operate in a temperature range from -270°C to +250°C and show excellent resistance to fats, oils, alcohols, halogens and concentrated acids. Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) films function between -50°C and +250°C and offer superior resistance against organic and inorganic media.

Fluoroplastic Films with Chemical Resistance

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) films are suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +160°C and show excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and organic solvents. Fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) films operate between -200°C and +250°C with high electrical breakdown strength of 240 kV/mm.

Standard Plastic Films for Versatile Applications

Polycarbonate (PC) films offer transparency and impact resistance in the temperature range from -50°C to +125°C. Polyamide 6 (PA 6) films show good mechanical properties between -40°C and +100°C. Polypropylene (PP) films are suitable for temperatures from -60°C to +100°C with good chemical resistance.
