These precision-manufactured fastening elements made from polyamide (PA), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and other technical plastics provide reliable sealing, vibration damping and corrosion protection.

Material diversity for specific requirements

The range includes washers and rings made from various high-performance materials: PA washers show excellent fatigue resistance and recovery properties. PTFE versions offer universal chemical resistance at temperatures up to 260°C. PVDF variants combine mechanical strength with resistance to aggressive media. HDPE washers are suitable for cost-effective standard applications.

Standard-compliant designs

All products comply with established DIN standards: DIN 125 for standard designs, DIN 433 for reinforced variants and DIN 9021 for large washers. Special designs with precisely defined hole diameters from 1.1 to 25.0 mm enable precise fits between rotating components.

Chemical resistance

PA washers resist diluted acids, alkalis, oils, gasoline and alcohols. PTFE versions show resistance to almost all chemicals. PVDF rings offer resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, mineral oils and weak acids.
